Bloom Booking Terms and Conditions

Important information regarding your booking

If, in the reason of a local or national lockdown, classes need to be put on hold, any classes owed to you can be rolled onto the next term. Your place will be held, and you will be given a priority place on the next available term. If you are unable to attend the next term, you may choose one of the following options:

Re-gift your term to a friend or member of your family

Bloom Gift Voucher to the value of your pre-booked term (Vouchers valid for 2 years, redeemed against future bookings or a private party booking)

We hope that you can choose from one of the above options, we do however realise this may not always be possible, please see your rights regarding refunds below.

Your rights

You may exercise your right to a refund when classes are paused, and you are not able to attend the pre-booked dates.  Please email your local franchise directly within 7 days of the pre-booked class.

Whilst we hope you love our classes as much as we do, should you book a term, and following your first class – you decide it is not for you, then you may choose to cancel your term and request a refund within 24 hours of attending your first class. A refund will be made, minus the first attended class plus admin fees of up to the cost of 1 class.

Contact details of which may be found in your email booking confirmation.

Class temporary changes

All classes will be Covid-19 secure and will follow government, local authority, and Public Health England guidance.  We have also undertaken specific Covid-19, CPD certified training. All venues have been risk assessed and new policies and procedures will be in place.

During our ongoing risk assessments and to ensure we comply with any guidance and legislation changes it may become necessary for us to implement these changes to the ‘typical’ Bloom class.  Any disruption should now be minimal we appreciate your understanding and cooperation during any such times.

Booking/Payment Methods

Bookings are taken online via website
