What’s it all about?! 🦩
Did you know that when a flamingo is raising a young chick and feeding them crop milk, it drains them of their energy & nutrients? 😨
They give so much of their food to their offspring their pink colouring can dull or disappear….some even revert
to black or white! 😢
We know that the same thing can happen to US during these tiring and testing early years! 🫠
We can start to lose our “vibrant colours” but with the right help and support we can GET YOUR PINK BACK! 💓
I’m teaming up with Anya from Aim Active Dance Fitness for a one-off session to bring you & baby a fun dance fitness session to get those endorphins flowing whilst listening to awesome tunes 🎤 & to leave you feeling FABULOUS! ✨🦩💞💪🏻🪩🎶👶🏻
💚 30 minute HIIT/Dance session 👯
💜 30 minutes to play, chat and to have some feel good refreshments 🍵
💚Fitness mat space provided for you & baby 💪🏻
💜Dedicated Bloom play space for babies to explore whilst you’re working out (Lauren will be on hand too!) 👶🏻

We will be donating half of all ticket sales to PANDAS UK to continue to show our support for maternal mental health 🌸
Tickets will cost £10 and will include dance, play & refreshments whilst supporting an amazing charity!🩷

🚗 Parking: There is a free onsite parking situated behind the hall.
‼ Before your first class please read the Bloom Terms & Conditions thoroughly. By booking this class you agree to our T&Cs and above guidelines.
🤒 If you or your baby feel unwell or are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, it is important not to attend the session with your baby. For increased hygiene, hand sanitisers and hand washing facilities will be available at each venue.
If you need to change your baby’s nappy whilst at your Bloom class, please ensure you take the used nappy home with you unless there is a dedicated nappy bin provided within the venue.
