I’m Sara, the face behind Bloom Reading North and mum to 2 beautiful girls Amelia and Poppy.
I started my Bloom journey as a mum attending classes with Poppy at the beginning of this year. I was really apprehensive about joining classes as I didn’t know anyone else there and wasn’t sure what to expect! From the minute I walked in, I fell in love with Bloom, the activities, the equipment and the welcoming atmosphere. Seeing Poppy’s little face light up and giggle was the most rewarding thing to watch
My curiosity peaked when I was due to return to work and wasn’t able to go back part time. I decided to take a huge leap and invest into my own Bloom franchise – Reading North.
I can now officially say I love my job! I find it so rewarding being on the teaching side of a Bloom class; seeing babies develop throughout the weeks, watching them anticipate what is coming next and really getting involved in all of our activities, those memories and moments mean as much to me as they do to you. 🥰
In my classes you can expect to find a welcoming and safe environment where there is no pressure. A chance for you to bond with your baby and meet like minded people in the local area.

As part of our continued effort to support parents and post natal wellbeing we have created the Rainbow Parachute Project.
When booking onto a Bloom Baby Class class you will be asked if you are able to round up your total basket to the nearest pound or add a little more if you are able to.
All money raised will go to post natal mental health charities across the UK, providing life saving telephone support and in person support groups where parents can share their experiences and get professional support from trained mental health specialists.

Honestly, Bloom Baby is the most magical baby class I’ve been to… and I’ve tried many! Sara is so friendly and welcoming - it’s clear from the moment you walk in how much she loves her job! She takes the time to get to know each baby, which is really special - and also remembers all the mums’ names too, which is not the norm at other baby classes!
