Bloom baby classes Northumberland north and scottish borders
Hello, I am Becky and I am very proud to be the owner of Bloom Northumberland North and Scottish Borders, which will be launching in September 2022.
I am a first time Mam to my little boy Alfie, who was born in September 2021, arriving on his Daddy’s birthday (which made up for the fact, I hadn’t been out to get him a birthday present!). Throughout my pregnancy, I didn’t get out much due to Covid, so when Alfie was born and restrictions were lifted, I was keen to get to classes and socialise with other mams. I came across Bloom online and my husband and I both went along with Alfie at 6 weeks old – I was so nervous that he would just cry throughout the whole class but we were instantly put to ease. We have both loved seeing how much Alfie has developed throughout his classes and have enjoyed the different themes each week. Alfies favourite song is ‘My Baby Loves to Dance’ and we now even use part of the song in his sleep routine.
Previous to my maternity leave, I have worked in the fashion industry and got to live out my Rachel Green moment of making it to an Assistant Buyer in one of my previous roles. As much as I have always been interested in fashion, after having Alfie, my priorities changed and I knew I wanted a role with a better work/life balance so I could spend more time with him. When I came across the opportunity to own a franchise, I knew I had to give it a go as I would be able to be self employed in a creative role.
I cannot wait to meet all of you and your beautiful babies for some Bloom Fun!

As part of our continued effort to support parents and post natal wellbeing we have created the Rainbow Parachute Project.
When booking onto a Bloom Baby Class class you will be asked if you are able to round up your total basket to the nearest pound or add a little more if you are able to.
All money raised will go to post natal mental health charities across the UK, providing life saving telephone support and in person support groups where parents can share their experiences and get professional support from trained mental health specialists.
