CLASSES TAKE PLACE AT OM IS WHERE THE HEART IS YOGA STUDIO, NEXT DOOR TO NOM CAFE.
Feel free to bring another adult along with you each week.
There is a free carpark opposite the venue, if this is full, there is also a free carpark on new street, as well as the Aldi carpark which are both a few minutes walk away.
Please leave prams, coats, bags and shoes in the reception area before making your way to the studio.
